Keyboard keeps repeating '/'

I use a Blackwidow Elite. For some reason, m/y keyboar/d kee/ps typing '/' /even/ though /I don/'///t type it/.I/ tr/ie/d /disabling the '/' k/ey, but it still type/s the ke/y anyway.Wh/at seems to/ b/e the /p/ro/ble/m? I tried reinstalling the driver to no avail.

    By disabling the key I mean using SharpKeys to disable it. The keyboard still repeats "/" anyway.

    Let us look at both hardware and software Software; if you are using a Windows OS it could mean a bad synapse interface. Try the followings
    • Update Synapse
    • Uninstall and re-install Synapse
    • Update your Windows version. Since Windows 7 have compatibility issue with latest Synapse exe file, you might need to upgrade to Windows 10.
    Hardware; it maybe a sticky buttons or bad usb interface
    • See if you have any sticky keys
    • Plug to another USB port

    It turns out that the keyboard was plugged into a 'USB HUB', so the '/' was being spammed like crazy. Thank you for the solution.
