My partner has been using Kraken Kitty headphones for almost the last two years that I gave them as a Christmas present. Last week they randomly just stopped working, and won’t work with any of our computers anymore. Contacted Razer support and they told me that since I bought it slightly more than 2 years before (late November 2021), they wouldn’t do anything to me and told me I could get a $10 discount by signing up for their newsletter. I’m pretty annoyed that these headphones totally broke after less than 2 years of normal use and that they’ll do nothing but tell me about a discount that anyone can get anyways. Also will definitely never be buying their headphones again if they can’t even last a reasonable amount of time for $120
