Been using these since friday. Somehow they unpaired from USB hub and it wont pair wirelessly. There is no pairing tool for these yet. Do I just return?
Ive uninstalled / reinstalled synapse 4. (and tried 3). reformatted computer, nothing.
Using synapse to "factory reset" device just sits there for ever. doesnt actually move or reset.
Anyone else figure this out?

Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
