New to Kraken headsets. I've picked up a pair of Kraken TE wires headphones. One of the ear cushions has come off (pulled it off to register the product for warranty as per instructions in the box.



The cushion wont go back on inside the very slim groove it was once positioned. How am I supposed to get it back in?! Has anyone ever had this issue?
