Lack of macOS support

I have been a Razer fan for years. Their products have been reliable for me for the most part. But what has been a disappointment and has been a consideration for going to a new manufacturer for products for ones that support macOS is well. Am I alone in this thinking?

If you're feeling frustrated about the lack of macOS support for Razer products, you're not alone—many users share your concerns. Here are some potential solutions and actions you can take:

  1. Provide Feedback to Razer:

    • Share your thoughts directly with Razer through their official feedback channels. Companies often consider user feedback when planning future updates and product support.
  2. Explore Alternatives:

    • Research other gaming peripherals that have strong macOS support. Brands like Logitech, Corsair, and SteelSeries often provide software compatible with macOS.
  3. Use Third-Party Software:

    • Consider using third-party applications like Karabiner-Elements or SteerMouse that can help customize your Razer devices on macOS, although this may not offer the full functionality provided by official Razer software.
  4. Stay Updated:

    • Keep an eye on Razer’s announcements and updates. They may expand macOS support in the future as user demand grows.
  5. Join Community Discussions:

    • Engage with other Razer fans in forums and social media. Collective feedback can amplify concerns to the company.
  6. Evaluate Your Needs:

    • If macOS support is a significant factor for you, consider evaluating other brands that prioritize cross-platform compatibility.
