Left side stop working

Had this controller for around a year. Starting about a month ago, the controller would randomly ghost look and move during game play which caused game loses. Now the whole left side died. Not sure if its worth upgrading to the V2 Pro or the Ultra when i see the backbone getting lots of good reviews.

    Yes, i have already ordered the Ultra after some reviewing. I hope this purchase will have the upgraded hardware  needed to justify the price difference.
