Lemme tell you how terrible Razer is

Before you start to read my review, just want to let you know that I've been using their product for 6 year at least. But that's not what it sounds like, here the story.



Bought a Huntman Elite in 3rd September 2018. I issued a ticket to Razer Support to solve my issue with the keyboard on 02-Jun-2020 08:33 PM.



Didn't try to use Synapse 3 with its features until June 2020. Once I tried to use their features such as remapping keys, custom Macro or set a specific key for the keyboard with different functions. It never works.



However, when I try to contact them for support. They kept extending the supporting time until my product expired (Which is 3/9/2020) then they said my keyboard warranty is expired. The time they sent me this message was 2nd September 2020. Which I have 1 day left until my keyboard gets expired.



However, I was working with them for at least 3 months since my first ticket in June 2020 that I sent to them. Over 3 months, they keep telling me to do the same methods over and over again. Once it's about to reach my keyboard warranty, which is 2/9/2020. They sent me a message that said:



--- "Good day!



Thank you so much for all the information that you provided. Just to let you know that your device is already outside the hardware warranty based on the receipt that you provided. As of the moment, we are still waiting for an update from our appropriate team regarding your case. Once we have it, we will let you know right away.

So, they tried to work with me over 3 months until the keyboard warranty expired.



Was using their products since Naga Epic Chroma. Then I bought a Huntman Elite, then Naga Trinity.



The reason why I started to use the 2nd Product from them was because Synapse 2 works incredible well. But if you're about to switch into Synapse 3, everything gets completely terrible.



Over 3 months, they wasted all of my time which I patiently waited to ensure the keyboard is gonna work but nope. What they did was to trick me until my keyboard is about to expire. Stay away from Razer!!!
