My key board and mouse are acting up randomly. After some time my keyboard will hold ctrl until I press it. My mouse randomly will spam the e and d key. I've tried scanning for viruses and playing with the firmware. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix it? Keyboard: Blackwidow Elite Mouse : Naga Trinity

Is there any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about reinstalling their drivers? Let me know via PM along with your devices’ serial numbers so I can validate them in our database and check for some workarounds along the way.
