Massive Razer Collection- Road to 1000.

Some might remember seeing this back in year 2012.

As the years go by my collection has been growing. Eventually I ran out of space to keep them. It became too messy and I just slotted in wherever I could find a space to put new stuff in.

I've now gotten myself a new place. While I'm still in the midst of moving to my new crib, I do wanted to share out my progress. I'm about 60% done moving just my collection alone.

To see my whole list of collection, there's a link in my signature that redirect to that information. These are my 11 years of collecting em.

*Update September 4th 2016*

Moved everything except my 2 Makos and Leviathan.

Not much of a good close up but it'll do for now.

So, you're making a Razer museum or something? I just find it strange that the majority of Razer products you buy you don't even use (unless you consider putting them on a shelf as using them). Sad thing is I probably spent the same amount of money (or more) as you just because I bought a Razer Blade 14 (2016) 512gb and a few Razer peripherals. This is the list of what I got:
-Razer Blade 14 (2016) 512gb ($3000 CAD)
-Razer Blade 2 year extended warranty ($300 CAD)
-Original deathadder classic 2013 (blue) ($70 CAD)
-Two Razer orochi chroma mice (one for me one for my brother) ($210 CAD)
-Razer Goliathus mousepad (medium, control edition) ($25 CAD)
-Razer Adaro stereo ($125 CAD)
Sad thing is all these prices are before import fees and tax, which really raped my wallet...
The reason I'm not using a Razer keyboard is because I have a Corsair K70 RGB (I refuse to get a Razer keyboard until they put a volume scroll wheel, once you get used to it you never go back)

If you estimate each mouse he got for like $50, just my laptop would cover the cost of 60 Razer mice...
I spent roughly $4000 on razer products, and that's not including the tax/import fees I had to pay (which are astronomical here in Canada).

I guess my initial intention was to collect all of the old and discontinued Razer peripherals. I just couldn't afford it years ago back when I just graduated from high school. At that time, I only had one trusty Krait and Lycosa. In my opinion, their old shit are some of the best peripherals I've ever used.

It was also the thrill of the hunt that made me happy when I can still find some of their old stuff these days. Now when I'm so close to completing the legacy collection that I can no longer find any to obtain anymore I moved on to their newer line of products. That's one of the reason I don't have alot of their newer models.

The only ones not used are the ones that very rare, limited edition, discontinued in production or exclusive in other countries. Most of the common ones that can be found in stores or those that I have more than a single unit had at least made it out of the box and tested out. I'm even still using some them.

I also own one Blade which is the 14" (2014) 216GB. There's no way I can afford every single type or year the Blade is being produced. But I'm eyeing on getting the Blade Stealth soon once the Core is also available in Asia Pacific region.

If I have to roughly estimate, I'd spent close to MYR60,000+-. More or less I guess. Didn't made a list of amount I spent on. I think I should go do that. I guess it is quite close to the amount you spent on if we do the conversion. But back then the USD to MYR is about 1:3.1 in comparison to currently being 1:4.2.

Most of my collection are shipped from around the world so I had to pay huge amount on shipping especially when it comes from the States. One example of the recent one's I obtained like the Kraken Overwatch from the Taco Bell promotion made me forked out USD50 x 4 for shipping alone from 4 different people and I got it between USD100-150 each since they are not exactly for sale in the market. I had to get mine from Ebay as it's the only place I could find them. It's like one of those that I must have it in my collection but I don't think I'm able to because I'm not from there and I might not even be lucky enough to find 4 of them at once.

Some limited like the Black signature 1337 editions which are only available through giveaways are some of the ones that I made huge offers in order to obtain one and it's not easy to get a full set as well. I did get one on my own in an event so now I have 2 Black Signature Edition of the 1337 Deathadders.

But I have to slow down in my collection now as I had to pay a huge mortgage loan for the new residence for the next 20 year as well as being married this year. The missus doesn't seem too keen on me spending more on my collection.
My man! Look at that i literally looked at those pictures with my mouth open! You are one serious die hard fan and it shows i dare not ask how much that all cost in total- i think @Min-Liang Tan should see this

Geeeez that's a lot of disposable income! Wish I could do that.

Damn you spent much more than I thought, I only saw mice/keyboards and assumed you didn't buy any machines. Also I didn't know about your shipping issues, honestly you spent way too much on shipping I feel bad for you. I spent roughly 1/3rd of what you spent I estimate I spent around $5000 total, if I include shipping/import fees and tax.
Who knows, maybe in 10-20 years you could re-sell those Razer products for collectors willing to fork out more money than you! 😃
Wow, and I thought having a keyboard, mouse and a headset was a lot haha 🙂

This is my dream 🙂
I cant imagine the amount of time and effort spent to look, purchase, collect, arrange, clean these super cool looking fabulous razer peripherals. The thought of it makes me wonder what have I been doing with my life......
@ElementOne I can't wait to see it when you've moved everything over and added the finishing touches on your setup.

@KakashiSharingan not to hijack the thread, but how did you get an extended warranty on your Blade?
Wow... this collection is just crazy! I think it's a bit sad that you are not using your stuff tho 😕

Aww, man. I wish US had that warranty option. It's strange that it's offered to Canada and not to US.
Dude... I cant close my mouth looking at these pics
You're a complete beast. @RaZeR-JaCk would be jealous.

Yea I'm not sure why it is Canada only...

This is impressive. I had no idea that Razer was even around that long, although looking back, maybe I remember seeing the tagline years ago.
