I went through a really successful RMA process. It's my first time experiencing a problem with any razer product ,so i thought of giving rma a try. The chat with razer's agent couldn't gone better. The cutcord process also went by really fast and the delivery process lasted three days from china to a small town in Europe. Also I got a W in terms of the product prices as well . If you are wondering about the products it was between two headsets. The one I did the cutcord process on was Razer Kraken Tournament edition (great vfm option,if you find it in stock) bought it for just 60€ on sale and the one I got for replacement was the razer kraken v3 hypersense edition that costs 130€ currently (trying them now, and I have to say hypersense is pretty decent)
