A couple of days ago I redeemed some Razer Silver for the Gigantus V2 XXL, and I managed to get the code to actually acquire the good. Later, I bought it on the New Zealand website and everything was successful, including them taking the shipping + tax out of my Paypal account. However, there is nothing in my order confirmations nor did I get an order confirmation. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks

New I mistakenly bought Razer gift card instead of razergold. It’s 1000$ . Who can exchange it for me or is their a way i can change it to Razergold or btc.
