monitor question for blade 15 advanced

So I have a 15 inch blade advanced. 10th gen i7, 3060 with 1080p/360hz screen that I worked like to get a monitor for and have a few questions. Do I have to get a 1080p/360hz monitor, or will the laptop "scale" based on the output available? Could it output in 4k, or am I locked at 1080p? If locked at 1080p vshare, do I need a 360hz monitor for compatibility, or would a 1080p/240hz monitor work, albeit at the lower refresh rate? Basically, am I locked into either 1080p/360hz, or nothing or will the graphics card allow flexibility? Thanks!
