My Razer viper v3 pro disconnects for some short moments, like it stops working in 1-2 seconds and connects again, it isnt the low battery, i tested that, so i have no clue what it could be

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
