Every time I boot up my computer, my wireless headset starts quiet, and then doesn’t kick into its full loudness until I swap EQ Profiles in the Synapse app. This workaround works every time but it’s also annoying that it doesn’t this because then I have to keep synapse on my computer just to do this every time I play.
I’d love to truly just turn the headphones on and have them work. Anyone else notice this issue?

Can you test the headset on another computer to check if the issue persists? Please also send a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.

I have exact same problem, Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed boots up more quiet (as of all EQ is set to negative values???) until I click or go through EQ to make it sound fine. updating dongle/headset didnt help
