My cobra pro isn't working, what should I do?

I got this from Razer Silver Rewards last November 2023. For the last 3 months, my sister has been using it, and recently she said it stopped working. I assume the battery is dead. When I checked Razer Synapse, the device wasn't connected anymore. How can I fix this? Can we replace the battery? By the way, I don't have a charging dock.

I think that you have the Razer Cobra Pro variant. Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port? If possible, you can also try it on a different computer. If that didn’t work then you can send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds that we can try.
