My key is stuck Razer blackwidow x chroma

So when i press the key once and let it go it goes back to its original position but the key is still being registered as pressed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlpLcOror40 like in this video. I tried to contact the razer support but on the like chat a guy named Alicias told me that there is no program like that and the keyboard doesnt have a firmware. He suggested to me that i can uninstall the drivers and the problem will go away. But it didnt. Can someone help me?

Hey, so i have a Blackwidow elite keyboard and have faced this key spamming issue. So what i did to fix it without uninstalling Synapse software is, once the computer is started. I wait for the synapse to load (it shows the notification box telling its loading, just a few seconds and then goes off). Once this is done i start using the keyboard and it works fine. What i have noticed is, the key spamming issue used to come up when i start typing something or the other right after the Windows OS comes up with the desktop screen. So now i just wait for the Synapse notification to load and go, post that i work. It works fine.

Thank you for your reply sir. But my issue unfortunatelq seems to be worse. It seems that the only thing left to try is reinstall the firmware of the keyboard.

I never had to reset the keyboard firmware for this, you can also try resetting the synapse software. Are you running the Synapse 2.0?

Not yet, still going back and forth with the support.
