My mouse has started glowing red and I don’t know why, I don’t have the rgb set to red. The only answer I’ve seen is for the wireless mouse but mine is wired. It’s a basilisk v3. The free scroll is also broken

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
