My Razer Huntsman v2 tkl is unresponsive

woke up this morning and turning my pc on then i notice that my keyboard led or rgb wont light up, tried typing but it doesnt work. my razer huntsman v2 tkl is unresponsive. i tried everything to make my keyboard fix but sadly it doesnt work at all. tried uninstalling synapes and reinstall again, tried clean install of os, tried plugging from a different computer and laptop but still it doesnt fix at all. it wont read/detect, it wont light up, as in dead. my keyboard is dead. what should i do?

    This is highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number and a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check its warranty status before starting a case for a replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
