Hello I'm new to Razer headphones and I recently just bought a pair for my refurbished 2017 Mac Book Air. When I plug it into my MacBook the audio is extremely choppy, I tried different applications but it was still choppy either way. I know the usb ports are cleaned and working because I recently just bought a mouse with a usb stick and It works fine in all of my ports.
I immediately thought the headphones were the problem but a friend tested them out on her pc and it worked just fine.
Is my MacBook too old or do I need to download anything? Or do I just need to change some settings on my MacBook?
