When i put it on the dock, it charges for a minute or so before shutting off (indicated by the lighting), ceasing the charging. the battery is still warm to the touch afterwards however. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hey,
Does it charge when using the charging cable? Try updating your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t work out, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
