Doesnt matter if battery is on the verge of going out, half drained or full, always shows 97-98% charge. For reference the batteries i'm using are supposedly 3600mWh capacity from 'Mupoer' on Amazon.

Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number of you mouse so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the battery status issue.
