Naga V3 Pro 12 button side panel question.

My question is mostly aimed at users who have experience with the Naga Pro, Naga V2 Pro, and the V3.
The 12 button side panel on my V3 is mushy compared to the clickier feeling of the previous versions. The V3 pros side buttons (especially the bottom two rows) feel like they barely make that same loud click noise when pressed. They feel like they’re also much looser than previous models as well. Is this just my mouse and I got unlucky, or are others having this same experience?

    I’m having the same issue. The new 12 button side panel is remarkably mushier than previous generations. I have a Naga trinity, a naga v2 pro, and the v2 hyperspeed, and the v3 pro is the mushiest by a wide margin. I will say, the previous nagas often had extremely inconsistent button weights on the 12 button grid, which the new naga doesn’t suffer from, but the mush is real and I had a similar reaction thinking that something must be wrong.

    I’ve even found I can press/release some of the side panel buttons without activating the mechanical click, it seems to be decoupled from the mechanism of the button press itself. You can press a side button, and without releasing it, but just by varying the pressure of your thumb, you can have it re-activate over and over. 
    Really disappointing overall. I’ve already reached out to support because the right and left clicks are so much louder than previous generations (and even remarkably louder than the ring finder click on the same mouse) that it sounded defective to me, which I’ve been told is actually expected somehow for their new optical switches. 

    I’m really really hoping this is just some rough edges from early batches, and these things will improve with QC, because right now my 300$ naga v3 pro is a distinctly worse product than the v2 hyperspeed I bought for under 100$, with the sole exception being the scroll wheel.
