Hello, I need to replace the joystick. but it looks like there's glue on the white connector. Can the joystick be replaced? What are my options?
Thanks all.

This is not official support, I'm offering my own personal help. Any action you take you do so at your own discretion.

Now that we have that out of the way.
Technically, yes it can be replaced. The glue can be peeled off and you should be able to pull the connector apart. You may have to unscrew all the pieces to get a good handle on it. If you have a soldering iron you may be able to apply a bit of heat to soften the glue, but holy moly, please do this at your own risk.

Dekades, thanks for the information. Do you think this replacement would work?

The parts are made to be upgraded and interchangeable. It shouldn't be a problem. Lots of people mod their sticks. But, don't take my word for it. I'd double check or have a firm return policy in-place before making the purchase.
