Never will I buy Razer phone again

A company like Razer that dont offer to sell you spare parts for your phone that you bought for 900 euros in my eyes is a very very bad company and not to be trusted in the future. This is my first and my last phone bought from Razer company. Thank you Razer for loosing one customer . Best regards to you all.

Spare parts, really? like internal circuit board or camera lens? and the plan is to assemble it yourself?

I've been trying to get a replacement phone for the last 3 months, finally after all the bs. I received a replacement phone yesterday that has green growing in the USB c - port, the screen isn't glued down and physically moves 1-2mm into the metal case of the phone, they somehow got plastic under the speaker tray and bent the speaker tray while forcing it down while plastic was still under the tray, and they were nice enough to wrap the plastic with sand and dog hair on the phone. Why did I buy this phone? To make matters worst, if we don't get Android 10, we can't use a PlayStation controller with the PlayStation remote play app ... So much for a gamers phone . This service is insane. I started speaking to someone here on the forum by the name of red panda, hopefully he can be of better assistance than Noel that decided to provide me this poor excuse for a replacement phone.

I bought my Razer phone 2 for €500 last April, from a phone i need only battery replacement like maybe after 2 years usage, for some users maybe display or cassis if they’re not really careful with their phone. Last year I replaced my almost 4 years old Apple phone 6s plus battery for €30 and it’s now like a new despite the cracked display😅, but hey the 3D Touch still works fine, better than newest 11 lines that doesn’t have one:big_grin_:. I hope Razer will also provide the battery, screen replacement as well, look at Apple even their phones cost like one or two livers they offer still such great service, yeah screen replacement costs €200 though. And they don’t sell the parts I believe officially only from 3rd party or so.

Spare parts like FRONT and or BACK COVER GLASS, or microphone, or battery ...OK? Was that really hard to understand?
