Hello everyone, I am here to share one of the Razer product ideas I came up with. I don't expect anyone at Razer to react to this, but I’d be pleased and surprised if they did.
The Razer Mamba v3. The Mamba is a classic Razer mouse, which is just as much a part of Razer’s history as the DeathAdder and BlackWidow are. Depending on when Razer plans to take a break from the Cobra line, I think the Mamba deserves a modern refresh that will not just have new features but be something that only Razer, as a premium gaming lifestyle brand, can offer that will innovate even while returning a pre -existing shape.
Did you notice that I chose to name it the Razer Mamba V3? That is because the Original mamba and the elite and tournament edition are both version 1 and 2 respectively this brings it roughly in line with where the iterations of razer’s other newer evergreen product the basilisk already is.
The Mamba v3 will boast the same features of the elite with a sensor comparable to basilisk keeping the expanded chroma lighting from the elite as it is meant to be the base option that is a high quality refresh of the same product with the newer features people can expect like smart tracking and a free spin and tactile toggle for the scroll wheel from Razer’s modern products. The next one is mostly up to Razer themselves. Razer likes to offer a wireless option, which they can determine whether or not to make that premium. But the options are the Razer Mamba v3 Mobile X hyper speed and and maybe other versions that have experimented with polling rates.
Having Modern wireless mice means battery power is less of a limitation, so Razer can decide for themselves if they'd like to release versions of their wireless products that don’t have Razer Chroma.
Lastly, this is the final model and the one I’ve been wanting to get the most in the Mamba v3 line. The Mamba v3 pro. The v3 pro will have all of the features of the other models but will boast full 20-zone RGB lighting underglow around the bottom of the mouse, with the same 20-zone expanded lighting as the Mamba Elite on the top. Razer can experiment with haptic switches, but I do not think the Mamba line is the best to do that with. This is a mouse for RGB enthusiasts that just so happens to be Esports ready. You take the the most chroma you thought you’d ever get in a mouse and we added more. But Razer themselves still can choose to weigh the pros and cons of making this a part of their product offerings. Thank you for your time and I hope Razer replies to this in someway.
