Run these two commands in CMD as administrator. See if these help.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Hi OV3R, thank you for your reply. I have tried them, the result shown in the pic and still no luck.
Do ipconfig /all, post results here.

Hi, the result is shown in the pic, thanks Fisz!
Do you have other devices that connect to your home internet?
If yes, an issue with the laptop,
If no, keep reading~~~
thinking an issue with either
Turn off the router for 10 seconds and power it back on
If still no good, contact your ISP

That's all? There should be at least one NIC (network interface card) shown, even it's not connected.
Are you sure, that your NIC or wireless NIC is turned on? Or do you have proper drivers for it (I assume, that yes, because you see the wireless networks).
If other devices are working correctly, your ISP is not the problem. Maybe something with router (problem with leasing DHCP to your PC)? Try restarting it and check if the PC is connecting.

Restarted the router but still not working.
Do a ipconfig /all > result.txt - it'll save whole output to result.txt file. Post the file here.
