No sound on barracuda x when Bluetooth

Hello, last week i noticed that my barracuda x had a problem, when they were on Bluetooth mode there is no sound although the connection seems fine.

I tried it on my pc and my phone and it still has the same issue . I also noticed that when i connect it wtih a cable on my pc it works just fine . Any suggestions ?

    I understand you're experiencing an issue with the Bluetooth functionality of your Razer Barracuda X. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Sometimes a simple restart of your devices (both the headset and the device it's connected to) can resolve connectivity issues
    2. Make sure your headset is fully charged before troubleshooting.
    3. Make sure the wireless mode is ON or the button is switched to the correct wireless mode. Check this article on how to configure the wireless mode of your headset.
    4. Get the latest Windows update.
    5. Turn off the Bluetooth on your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Try reconnecting the headset.

    6. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device, forget the Barracuda X, and then pair it again. This can often resolve connectivity problems.

    7. Make sure that the volume is turned up on both the headset and the connected device. Sometimes the volume might be low or muted.

    8. Try to reinstall your headset drivers and restart your PC then test your headset.
    9. If possible, try connecting the headset to a different device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the headset or the original device.
