Last Month I bought a Razer Blade 15 advance early 2019 and turned out this laptop is faulty. Either the cooling system or motherboard is broke. Moreover, Razer support told me I have no warranty because its second hand. Can someone shed some light on me, Please?? is this true?? if yes,its so dissapointing.

Yes unfortunately Warranty isn’t transferable unless previous user bought the Razer care plan. You can try contact the seller though and help you providing the purchase data bill etc, if the seller is someone you can easily contact and can help you with guarantee process.
