Good day everyone, I have an issue with my nommo V2 pro Subwoofer. It seems to be dead for me and I think that the synapse update is the cause for this. Once synapse updates, something is not working properly. This time the subwoofer but it feels like more of an issue than it usually is. My speakers a working fine but the subwoofer is dead. Of course I tried to check the pairing, firmware, cables and the little button in the back but nothings happening. No green light, nothing.
If anyone has similar experience with this or an idea how to fix it by myself before contacting support, I’m happy to hear.
