Make a long story short, I sent back my headphones for a same item replacement, they offered me a worse item, so I declined that. So they where going to refund me. After I gave info it took them 6 weeks to refund me. I had to email them every week wondering where my money was. Finally got the refund, but I used 10 dollar rewards to best buy to buy the headphones, but they wouldn't refund that 10 dollars. The whole process took over 2 months of back and forth emails to resolve this. They really should have offered me something for all my time wasted with them.
