Only one side of the headset is working pls help!!

I just bought a Blackshark v2 hyperspeed for my ps5 around a week ago and I just used it for the first time but only the left side is working the right side doesn't, how to fix this?

    Have you tried using it on a different device? By the way, try to update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
