Order held in US Customs, Razer support still won't respond | Razer Insider

I placed a order for a Razer 17 on July 11th, since the 18th its been held at US Customs in Indiana stating that the package is missing the MID number. I’ve contacted Fedex, they stated that its an issue on the shipper end. I’ve tried twice now to submit support tickets to Razer and have gotten nothing but the automated response.
