Order to Switzerland

For some reason the Swiss online Razer store has disappeared quite a while ago and hasn't returned since.
As a Swiss client I am now unable to order anything, which is quite a bummer since the newer products are very hard to find and all official and 3rd party vendors mark up the prices quite a bit.
Is there any chance the Swiss shop will return?

Also, while checking out the German store I noticed that the prices don't really seem fair either. As of right now the Razer Blade 15 with RTX 2070 is $2'400 on the US site. On the German one it's 2'600€ (roughly 3'000$). This is quite the difference. 😞

I think it’s now merged to EU store, and it’s more expensive there the Blade compared Germany store, I think it’s due some country costume regulations. Don’t compare per currency since us I think plus tax etc when I’m not wrong for some regions it has also costumes fee, meanwhile from German store I paid only what on website states. So your best way is order from Germany store if you have bank account or relatives there, or buy from reseller like Amazon.de (sold and deliver by them) that usually put same price with Germany Razer store, i think there’s no costume fee within UE country and I saw as well poeple from here buying electronics from amazon French, Italy or Spain without that.
I am Swiss resident.
There is no offer of Razer laptop with any of the 3 Swiss keyboard layouts.
The closest layout is the German keyboard. Alternatives being French, UK or USA layout.

I have buy ~2 year ago my Razer laptop online from razerstore and made it deliver to family german address. Selecting a Swiss address was not an available delivery option.

I had in Feb 2019 to send back my laptop for repair under warranty (was good Razer support experience, nothing to complain). I shipped it to germany to Razer repair partners network. I do not know if a Swiss option was available as I spontaneously announced myself as german customer. Well, mainly because I searched the "Support Contact" info on Razer web site and here Switzerland was not an available country in the drop-down. So I fall back to German support contacts.
Razer provided me a pre-paid solution (Fedex) for the shipping from Switzerland to Germany, which I chose to not use. I made the repaired laptop returned to my german family address. All went fine.
Shipping from Switzerland to Germany was not taxed, but probably because I have declared a low invoice value as "broken computer, <100 EUR value"

So to summary my overall experience as Swiss customer is:
It is all very feasible. But I am lucky to have access to family European address (both in Germany and France) where I can have stuff shipped. I doubt I could have Razer ships me stuff to Switzerland directly, due to the non-european commercial status and so need for additional tax admin.
Important to me is to highlight being Swiss customer was not an issue to get support from Razer, and discussion was open and positive to find solution to my exotic case.

Yes that’s true you can’t ship it to your Swiss address from Razer store, but there’s a possibility if you have relatives in Germany and send it to them, sorry for not being specific. The best option for you is by ordering from Amazon.de or notebook.de the official resellers, you may want also try mediamarkt.de they sell also Blade, ask them as well if they can send it there. About layout besides uk, german and french it’s only Nordic, never heard Swiss layout.

There are Swiss layout Razer keyboards - or at least they used to be. Notebook.de is good, I got my Razer phone from them with no issues whatsoever, but taxes are still a thing, though they kindly substracted the 19% german tax, which is nice. Amazon on the other hand refuses to ship what feels like 95% of their tech items to Switzerland, so that's not an option.

I can also confirm razer support was flawless so far and helped me with all my issues. This is why I loved ordering from Razer. I didn't really mind paying like 50 bucks shipping and even more taxes, because i knew I'd get a quality product with support without 3rd-party markups.

Good to know, I had Nordic Blade 2015, german Blade 2017 but didn’t know there was Swiss qwertz. Yes notebook.de apparently accepting also other layout request like US for EU order, and last time I checked EU Razer store, for Blade order it states only Nordic Keyboard for delivery only to some Scandinavia countries only so maybe Swiss layout isn’t available, maybe not yet. Even big country like Netherlands, Italy or Spain can’t order Blade from store apparently.
