Out of stock item but charged credit card

I recently tried to buy a huntsman mercury white and it said it was in stock so when i went to go purchase it i added in all my info then pressed pay, one i pressed pay it loaded for a bit and said sorry an item in your cart is out of stock, so i assumed They went out of stock before i was able to purchase mine but the charge was still applied to my credit card. Has this happened to anyone before and who should i contact, i also got no emails to confirm a purchase and there are no records of me purchasing it that anyone can find.

You should receive Order Confirmation email if your purchase is successful else your charge will be reversed within few days by the bank. You can contact Razer Support for them to check your purchase status https://support.razer.com/contact-support.

Oh, that's good to know. I was charged for a purchased that kept pending and "expired". Was told it was a successful purchase yet I did not receive any mails whatsoever (my bank sent me a charged bill though)
