Please contact Razer Gold Support via http://gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit as they only can help.
Also be aware, that Razer doesn’t have phone support and email in outlook.com / gmail.com / yandex.com (and so on...) domain.

How can an over scratched card which no one knows the code be used. Sounds odd and fishy

I’ve complained severally, no one is ready to provide the rest of the code, all they do is give me wrong information that the card has been used which is a lie…..
Do people even actually get help on their over scratched card? Millions of complains on that are waiting for right response
