Payment collected and confirmation of receipt but balance not credited to my account

I am new to this page and 3 days ago I recharged gold razer (I think that's what it's called) via Bitcoin, the payment did not take more than 15 minutes, my wallet confirmed it, and the page also sent me two emails (There were two payments).

3 days have passed and since then the balance has not been credited to my account, I don't know what to do, I already contacted customer service and I don't receive any response, I don't know if this is normal And what should I do? Thank you

My transactions are still pending the other transaction is over a week ago please make me claim it
