Hi, I kinda have a persisting problem and sent multiple tickets for razer support. I have sent my payment a week ago and have my proofs, but I haven’t received any code in my email or mobile number. It is for a garena shell transaction, I haven’t experienced this error before but this problem is persistent and I am getting desperate since it’s already a week since I sent my payment and when I talk to razer gold support especially on the replies I get through emails was like talking to bots and automated messages.
Payment for razer gold pushed through even though I did not receive the code.
