PayPal gets declined | Razer Insider

So i tried ordering a Razer Blade 14” and pay via PayPal (I tried it with the right amount of Balance on my PayPal account and with that PayPal receives the money from my Bank Account) in each case my order gets instantly declined. If I try it via Balance on my PayPal account, PayPal removes the money and the Payment is pending but still gets instantly declined. And the Support is one of the worsed I ever encountered with the response “Try a Credit Card” (which I don’t have). And I slowly get really mad if u don’t accept a payment method simply don’t offer it

Hello, trying to pay for the shipment (10 euro) of a product redeemed with zSilver. This is the third time I attempt to fulfill the order, since I had lenghty conversations with support and may have been due to the bank or the credit cards I tried. So, I transfered 10 euro to PayPal hoping that I could buy with it and be done with the matter. After signing into PayPal and confirming the order, I get an error website that reads "PayPal error" in red and to contact Razer. Also, I have made sure I have been trying to substract those 10 euros out of Paypal´s wallet, not the linked bank account or credit card. What can I do? All I want is to be able to pay those 10 euros, and this is the third time Support has not been able to solve it, no matter the payment option that I choose. Thanks.
