Problem with razer synapse 2.0

Cant open it. I run the program and it appears down in right corner windows 10 btw fresh installed. But i cant open it i login and thats it. It only allowed me to login i cant use my razer surround pro any idea how to fix this

    Windows 10 Fresh Installed? Have you tried to install .NET Framework?

    In the task manager, maybe stop all Razer processes and try again. I had the problem a long time ago. It's important how @xCryptik wrote that the .NET Framework is installed.
