I got my new kraken kitty headset today and the audio sounds quite muffled :( is there any way i can fix this? setting wise?

Tanookucheck windows sound settings and find 'additional sound settings' on the left. find the quality window to see if you have it capped at certain frequency

In Synapse: try putting it in Stereo, and turning off THX
