Thunderbolt dock has power delivery capability, your blade 15 can also be powered by usb c (up to 100 watt), that massage only to warn if you only use usb c power you can’t get performance that the hardware can deliver, at first I got that as well (blade 14 with usb c power adapter) I ignored it recently I didn’t see it anymore. I’ve thunderbolt dock as well mercury one, but I use it always when blade 14 plugged on the wall with original charger ( the dock only for storage, peripherals and monitor).
Thank you guys for reply.
So there is no way I can powered by usb more than 100W and message will always pop up.
Of course there is option so I can hide it permanently.
At least I know that I don't need to return it and search for another dock.

Yes unfortunately it’s the tech limitation right now soon it’ll be higher though but maybe still take time until it become a product (come to laptops), dell I think upper usb c to 130 watt, but that extra 30 watt doesn’t mean anything on gaming world since it’s usually 230 watt to properly power a gaming laptop with good gpu.
