Hi, I have a Razer Blade 16 (2025) with the RTX 5080 and I'm having issues with the keyboard lighting effects on the laptop using Synapse 4.
I also have other Razer devices like the BlackWidow keyboard, Basilisk V2 mouse, and a laptop cooling pad — all three work perfectly when selecting lighting effects through Synapse. However, the built-in keyboard on the laptop doesn't respond to any effect changes; it just stays static.
However, I can still adjust the brightness or turn the lighting off completely — it's just the effects that don’t change at all.
Interestingly, if I control the lighting effects through Windows Dynamic Lighting instead of Synapse, it works perfectly.
I've already tried restoring the PC twice and uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse, but nothing seems to fix the issue.
