Title says it all. That bot is utterly useless at what its meant to do. I was trying to claim warranty on my Basilisk v3 but the bot refused to work properly even for one instance. It keeps spamming "I had an issue processing your information. Please try again later." like dawg I've been trying for two days already!
Now the thing is what should I do to claim warranty? The whole process is unusually convoluted and now Im at loss. Any help will be greatly appreciated
