Razer Barracuda X Dongle

Hi I'm inquiring about my razer barracuda X 2022

I have used this headset paired with THX audio software. It is a nice headset, unfortunately there has been an issue with the dongle.

It is not working anymore. When I connect it via dongle to my computer it doesn't connect and audio is only the connecting sound.

Since it was not in good condition I have been using it with a 3.5mm jack it came with, not wireless anymore. Some issues with the audio pitch too high and the bass is a bit non existent, different/static-y audio compared to the dongle 2.4ghz connection.

It is now 2025 and I bought this headset in 2022. It is not under warranty anymore.

Question is if I can buy a different dongle and connect it to the new one and how much is it will be the cost.

Can you download the Razer Headset Pairing Utility and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
