RAZER BARRACUDA X DONGLE PROBLEM

I've had this headset for over a year now, but I have experienced the connectivity issue since I got it. My PC doesn't have a usb type-c port so I use the adapter that comes with the headset, but it is super sensitive, it would take me many tries before the dongle would finally connect, but recently, it just wouldn't connect. I tried it on my phone and other devices, didn't work. I even tried using a different adapter, still no luck. the headset does still work if I connect it with the auxiliary cable but I prefer it being wireless. Is there a fix for this? I want to just find a solution for this if there is instead of paying 20$ just for the dongle. Thanks in advance

Hey ​@data121,

It would seem that the dongle is already defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case? Please also provide a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can validate your warranty entitlement. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and send a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
