I recently bought the 2022 Barracuda X and the audio is muffled/low quality when it is connected with Bluetooth. The sound is fine when it is connected with the audio jack. How can I fix this?
Bluetooth is most likely innately just worse quality, but what helped me with very noticeable crackling, white noise, and worse sound quality with my ‘Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed’ headset was setting up an audio-profile (in Razer Synapse) with the better sounding connection (your case would be plugged in via audio jack), then disconnecting the audio jack, switching to bluetooth and syncing up the audio settings.
At least with the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed, Razer Synapse seems to, for some reason, treat the 2 plug-in options as different headsets, and thus assigns them both their own audio profiles. It’s not that the audio profile itself matters as much, I’m just guessing there’s some sort of interference when they aren’t in sync.
Hopefully this helps, I’m not exactly a Razer supporter, and from what I’ve heard it could just be the notorious Razer quality control that has you suffering.
Me too please tell me u did make it work better
