Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed trash?

Hey guys, recently bought the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed gaming mouse and it has been working well so far but I always have like these stutters of the mouse like its bugging across the screen sometimes anyone got a solution? already checked it on other pcs and laptops already still not working. Razer support doesn't have anything for technical problems with almost anything so it really is trash so i just thought i could get help on here since razer doesnt care.
