Literally while in call with a friend it just stops transmitting audio. Audio settings are all the same, i tried restarting my pc multiple times, reset the plugs. Idk.

Sounds like the mic just lost its handshake with the headset or Windows, so start by checking if the BlackShark V2 still shows up as the default input and then reinstalling or resetting Razer Synapse usually brings the mic back instantly.
