I think this is due to the update, I am suddenly experiencing this static/popping sound. The headset is around 1 month old, anyone know a fix for this? it is pretty annoying.

Razer blackshark v2 Popping/Crackling sound
After updating the dongle driver, it was fixed for me.
- I had this exact same issue. It randomly just started around a week ago and was tearing my hair out at why it suddenly happened considering I’ve had the headset for 18months now with zero issues.
Anyway after looking around for what could of caused it I finally found that razer synapse had created 2 profiles for the headset and they was conflicting. I deleted one of the profiles and they started to work perfect again. So a simple solution if anyone else has this just follow these steps before doing anything else.
*open synapse
*go to your headset
*top left corner you will see your profile
*click it, if you see more than one, delete them all until you only have one.
*test your headset to see if it fixed it.
