My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) stopped working after I got home today despite working entirely fine yesterday. I usually unplug and plug back in the USB on so that my audio works properly on Discord (with Synapse in the background) and today when I did so Synapse would not register my headset as on despite it being turned on and connected. I have already tried plugging back in the USB, restarting my computer, reinstalling Synapse beta, etc.

Headset was working fine until I got home today. I usually unplug and plug back in the USB because I notice on Discord that the sound quality is worse unless I do that while having Razer Synapse already opened, but after doing so Synapse shows that my device is off (even though it’s definitely on and connected by Bluetooth). I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse Beta, unplugging and plugging back in the Bluetooth USB, restarting my pc, etc.

Let me check on your headset. Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Just for isolation, can you test the headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
